Understanding the education opportunity
While the potential for stimulus dollars is immediate, the mission and needs of the education community are long term. It’s possible to align these to each other by making sure short-term projects support long-term goals. Below, you’ll see information and tools to help you plan your approach to getting and implementing stimulus funding for your institution.
Many national and local stimulus-inspired discussions and actions will take place in the coming weeks. As they do, we plan to update the information and resources on this page to help you find information about funding opportunities made available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
We believe that technology plays an important role in education, but we don't believe that “buy more—fast” is the best response to potential stimulus dollars.
