Examining Prejudice
Updated: April 9, 2004
The Examining Prejudice project challenges students to explore this important issue, and guides their study of the topic through research, oral presentation, and written composition.
“We will teach this unit for a long, long time—it will be our culminating unit for the year. Students not only learned about situations in history, but also thought deeply (for seventh grade) about the nature of prejudice and ideas surrounding that.”
Margaret Chasan and Stephanie Raphel, The Jewish Day School of Metropolitan Seattle
