Business Marketing Organization (BMO) Lead (Estonia)


Job purpose:
The BMO Lead is responsible for the orchestration of marketing & sales across the subsidiary, as well as for instilling and delivering marketing excellence and effectiveness throughout the subsidiary. Focus is on providing increased transparency and integration across all groups by leading the planning, measurement and review of business operations (including fiscal year planning & budgeting, mid-year reviews and monthly/quarterly business reviews).
Business and marketing leadership. Leads a connected process delivering satisfied customers across multiple segments and audiences by integrating sales, marketing, partners, and services functions. Success depends upon an orchestrated effort with other managers, a strong understanding of country’s objectives (by customer, segment), and the short- and long-term goals of Microsoft Business Groups.
District marketing leadership. Leads all elements of marketing, developing the overall strategic marketing plans, managing the marketing team and budget. This leadership extends beyond the BMO’s own organization by providing customer and market feedback to influence other groups with marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drives the planning and execution of an integrated sales, marketing, partner, and services plan for the subsidiary.
• Owns holistic view of marketing within the Enterprise segment marketing, GTM solution marketing and Business Group product marketing (where appropriate).
• Leads overall orchestration for the subsidiary sales teams through connected processes by integrating cross-functional teams of marketing, sales, service and partners in “Rhythm of Business” discussions throughout the year to effectively plan and prioritize subsidiary resources.
• Owns and creates marketing excellence through marketing talent management, systems, and processes to drive overall sub objectives.
• Establishes broad customer connections delivering increasing levels of customer-partner satisfaction.
• Manages and develops the BMO team.

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in both the Sales & Marketing fields, preferably in the IT sector.
• 2 years of experience in a related position of a multinational organization is desired.
• A bachelor’s degree on business, marketing or related field is required while an MBA degree is desired.
• Strong leadership skills & strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent people management & development skills.
• Self motivated, ability to work independently.
• Ability work with diverse cultures and organizations.
• Ability to travel and fluency in English.
