
Eric Boustouller

Eric Boustouller was appointed general manager of Microsoft France and vice president of Microsoft Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) in February 2005. Before undertaking his current role, Boustouller was deputy general manager of Microsoft France.
When he joined Microsoft France in 2002, Eric Boustouller was responsible, within the management committee, for all of the French subsidiary’s major accounts: large private enterprises, central and local government.
Boustouller began his career with Compaq in 1988, gaining experience, both in France and abroad, within the sales and marketing departments. In 1993, he was appointed communications director for Compaq EMEA in Munich, before becoming development director in 1996. In 1997, he took over responsibility for marketing and e-commerce for the French subsidiary of Compaq. He became a member of the management committee of Compaq France in 1997. Finally, as general manager —sales (products and services) at Compaq France, Boustouller supervised both major accounts and small and medium enterprise (SME) accounts.
Boustouller is a graduate of the Paris Institut d'Etudes Politiques.
