Graduate Jobs

Microsoft recruits graduates into the business through either a two-year programme of balanced training, called MACH (Microsoft Academy for University Hires), or for those with more of a passion for computer fundamentals, a six-month graduate course called the Software Development Graduate Programme. In common with all Microsoft employees, our graduates are encouraged to be themselves, to express their opinions and to approach challenges, technical or otherwise, in a very human way.
