What Do I Need?We are looking for people with a passion for technology. Applicants must also be in final year of a BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related degree (Maths, Physics and other disciplines with a lot of computer programming in the curriculum). Above all else, you should have a strong understanding of computer fundamentals, excellent C, C++ or C# skills, as well as a desire to work as a part of a team to ship commercial products that will impact users all over the world. What Can I Expect?The structure of our software development training for graduates varies across Europe, so the specifics will depend on which country you join. You will be assigned a Manager and Advisor, and will benefit from software programming and testing training online and on the job training. Internship ProgrammeWe are also offering core technical students the opportunity to join a three-month summer internship programme in Redmond OR to intern in one of our European or Middle Eastern development centres. There are a wide range of opportunities and the length of internships may vary.
