When I first started there weren’t very many women in the IT industry and even when I studied I was the only girl in my group. But I think it’s changing and definitely Microsoft is the environment that lets women show that they can be successful. The goals are changing and we have to be really dynamic and flexible to accommodate this.

At the moment we are working on releasing the next version of Dynamics AX. There is a lot of work lined up. We want to put a lot of new features in and to make sure everything is tested. The final stages are actually the most important and the most difficult, because we are dealing with the deadlines and the quality bar that we want to meet at the end.
