Developer Platform Evangelist is a position where you just have to intoxicate people with new ideas and get them really excited about what you have and what you can offer.

It’s mostly about understanding people and their needs and being happy to interact with people. It’s not ‘typical’ software engineering, development or any kind of engineering where you sit in the office and just think for yourself.

The interesting thing about being an Evangelist in the technical field is that you have to combine skills from both worlds, like techies and marketing for example. So they are really interesting people! You usually have a lot of fun with them.
