Pension

Pension options available, Microsoft will match your contribution plus one per cent of your salary. You choose the fund in which your pension is invested.

Long Term Disability: those employees who become injured/ incapacitated and unable to work are eligible to receive a disability payment equal to 66% of salary.

Death-in-service benefit: You are automatically included for this when joining the company. Four times your annual salary is paid to your nominated next of kin.

Health Protection

100 per cent cover for a health manager scheme, which includes health screening, primary care out-patient benefits, and enhanced maternity cover with comprehensive hospital cover. Dependants are optional.

Healthcare cash plan: You can purchase a healthcare cash plan that covers a range of out-patient expenses.

Occupational health and alternative therapies are run regularly free of charge for employees.

Annual Leave & Working Hours

Holidays are 21 days per annum. Up to 25 days can be gained after five years of completed service.
