Pension
| • | Pension options available, Microsoft will match your contribution plus one per cent of your salary. You choose the fund in which your pension is invested. |
| • | Long Term Disability: those employees who become injured/ incapacitated and unable to work are eligible to receive a disability payment equal to 66% of salary. |
