Microsoft IT Forum, 15 - 17 November 2005, was held at the Centre Convencions Internacional, Rambla Prim 1-17, Barcelona, Spain. A huge event that offered over 325 unique learning and update sessions, Hands-on Labs, Chalk-&-Talks and Panel Discussions. Built on three supporting key pillars: Technical Education, Community & Networking and Technology Evaluation; Microsoft IT Forum gave three full days of intense briefings on virtually every aspect of planning, deploying and managing Microsoft enabled infrastructure. Tracks included Microsoft Business Solutions, Connected Systems Infrastructure, Identity and Access Management, Office System and Windows Client. A number of new technologies were introduced; Windows Server 2003 R2, SQL Server 2005, BizTalk Server 2006, Windows Vista and the next version of Microsoft Office.
