In cooperation with NATO Communication Information Systems Services Agency (NCSA) and the Ministry of Defence of Portugal, Microsoft will host the 2008 Defence Leaders Forum on Dec. 10 – 11, in Lisbon, Portugal.
The DLF brings together more than 250 military operational and information technology leaders from 22 countries across NATO, Partnership for Peace and Mediterranean Dialogue countries, and other nations supporting NATO operations. The 2008 DLF will focus on the theme “NATO Operations - IT Challenges for Nations and Industry” and will examine how national security and public safety-related organizations can improve operations through the use of technology.
The speaker lineup includes:

- Lieutenant General Ulrich H.M. Wolf, Director, NCSA
- Frank McCosker, Managing Director of Multilateral and Bilateral Organisations, Microsoft
