Microsoft's $400 million investment in the partner network of its fastest growing market will spur additional growth in the region's economies.
On 8 July 2008 Microsoft Corp announced investments in its Central and Eastern European (CEE) partner network totalling more than $400 million over three years. Microsoft will use its investments to significantly expand the number of companies within its partner network, enhance partner resources and boost sales in a region that independent analyst IDC estimates, in an October 2007 report, will be the world's fastest growing IT market to 2011. |
