Microsoft GLF Arabia 2008 Virtual Pressroom

Government Leaders Forums are events organised by Microsoft Corp that bring together leaders to exchange experiences and discuss issues related to governance, education and the knowledge economy, as well as to examine the role that information and communication technology (ICT) plays in achieving success in these areas. Held this year in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, the Government Leaders Forum—Arabia aims to improve cooperation between businesses; local, regional and central governments; and educational leaders to develop and encourage ICT solutions that have a positive impact on governments in the region and how they interact with and support their citizens.
