Microsoft Corp Chief Executive Officer Steve Ballmer is a Special Guest at the Citizen Services Leadership Forum
Steve Ballmer, Microsoft Corp Chief Executive Officer, will be visiting the EMEA region on 20-24 of April, and will be touring Russia and Poland as part of his trip. During his time in region, Ballmer will be attending the Citizen Services Leadership Forum, being hosted in Warsaw, Poland on the 23-24th of April.
The event is designed to bring together government leaders from around Central & Eastern Europe in an innovative and interactive format.
Incorporating how government leaders can succeed and prosper in today’s global economy, the event will foster sharing of cross-industry perspectives and best practices relating to fiscal and operation challenges the government leader’s face.
The event will bring together, Government Elites, Microsoft executives and other key parties, who will provide their perspectives regarding the future LRG direction while discussing following topics:
- Collaboration between central government and local / regional governments in implementation of e-government services for citizens;
- What is a Healthy City Approach? Key Performance indicators for an Urban Health;
- What role should LRGs play in facilitating proliferation measures of citizens (entrepreneurship, business acceleration, elimination of barriers, promoting digital inclusion etc.);
- Citizens Services that will help exploit the benefits of the EU.
The event is particularly important as it will highlight key issues facing the region and collaborative efforts can help address these issues.
