What is the event format?

Tech·Ed EMEA 2008 Developers focuses on the specific needs of the developer audience. The conference is based on the three supporting pillars: Technical Education, Community and Technology Evaluation. Delegates will have the opportunity to attend the Opening Keynote presentation and personalize their learning agenda from FIVE days of technical Breakout Sessions, Interactive Sessions, Panel Discussions and Self Paced Hands-on Labs - as well as participating in many community activities and keeping in touch via the CommNet.

Why dedicate this event to Developers only?

It is a Microsoft priority to provide both developers and IT professionals with the best, most valuable technical education experience and it believes that providing the most relevant and specific content is central to achieving this. As a result, Microsoft hosts two Tech·Ed EMEA events which run back to back in November: Microsoft Tech·Ed EMEA 2008 Developers and Microsoft Tech·Ed EMEA 2008 IT Professionals.

Each event takes place over five days and focuses on technical knowledge sharing, product evaluation and community. Tech·Ed EMEA 2008 Developers is focused on developers and designers; Tech·Ed EMEA IT Professionals is focused on IT professionals. Both events include: Keynote, Breakout Sessions, Interactive Sessions, Hands-on Labs, Community Programs, a Exhibition Hall and various networking opportunities.
