Group
Registrations
- A Group Registration can only be made for a single company address
in a single country.
- No recourse on Group Registration is allowed - if a company makes a
Group Registration and then registers an additional delegate, this will
be treated as a separate booking and will not qualify for a discounted
rate or move the entire Group Registration into a higher discount
bracket.
- Where a cancellation is made, an administration fee of €125.00 + 16%
VAT will be made for each paid member of the group that cancels their
registration.
- In the event that a Group Registration discount has been awarded to
a company and that one or more registrations is subsequently cancelled;
the overall registration fee may be taken into a lower discount bracket.
In such cases the refunded registration fee will be paid net of the
group's revised discount plus cancellation fee.
- Should the cancellation of a Group Registration member be made
within 14 days of the event no refund will be payable.

- Cancellations up to 14 days before the event will be charged an
administration fee of €125.00 + 16% VAT. Cancellations after this date,
as well as ‘no shows’, will be liable for the FULL registration fee.
- In the event that a registered delegate for both stated events
cancels either registration, then the discount awarded to the second
event registration will be cancelled and deducted from the refunded
registration fee of the cancelled registration. If the registration is
unpaid, a new pro-forma invoice will be issued for the single event
without the Multiple Event discount.
- Delegates cannot transfer their Multiple Event registration to a
colleague for one of the events only. The multiple event registration
requires that the delegate must register onsite in Barcelona for BOTH
events.
- However substitutions may be made for the full Multiple Event
Registration: ONE person can be substituted for BOTH events. Refer to
above T&Cs regarding Substitutions.
- If a colleague substitutes the second event only, the substitute
will need to pay back the discount which the original attendee obtained.
