If you can’t play downloaded tracks on your PC, please try to transfer a track from a device and try to play it. If that fails, try to reinstall Nokia Music Player – then transfer music from your device to your PC again.If you can’t play previously downloaded tracks on your device, please check that your mass memory or memory card is not corrupted and that there is enough space. Format your mass memory and memory card, but please note that all content will be deleted using this method. After that transfer tracks from PC (from Download History).
