Service Administrator support

When you sign-up for Office 365 you will be asked to designate a Service Administrator (an IT Administrator and/or Partner) within your, or your customer’s, organisation. The main point-of-contact for service information will be this individual listed as the Service Administrator.

The Service Administrator receives permission to access the Microsoft Online Portal Support Tab. From the Support Tab, Service Administrators can do the following to assist other employees within their organisation:

  • Search the Microsoft Online Services Knowledge Base articles

  • Find answers to common support issues

  • Submit and manage service requests into Microsoft Online Services Support

Office 365 phone support and online support

When Service Administrators are unable to resolve issues with the help of Office 365 self-service support resources, they are encouraged to contact the Office 365 Support team for further technical assistance.

  • Enterprise Agreement Customers (typically 250+ seats) EA Direct or EA Indirect Government License customers.

  • All other customers, please refer to support information available through Telstra.
