Self-service support

The administration page of Office 365 enables service administrators to:

  • Submit a service request directly from the admin UI.

  • Access a Service Health Dashboard, which provides a view of the status of all services and tools offered through the Office 365 Plan E3 Beta. Customers can log into the Service Health Dashboard and see detailed information related to service-interrupting events for any service or tool.

  • Receive planned maintenance notifications about service infrastructure work that may affect availability of a portion of the services.
