Citizenship at Microsoft
In 1975, Microsoft was an unknown software company with a single product and the promise of delivering on a new way of computing. We have since grown to become one of the largest companies in the world. And with that growth our sense of responsibility to contribute to society on a global scale, as well as at the local level, has become central.
What Citizenship means at Microsoft Canada
Microsoft’s mission is to help people and businesses around the world realize their full potential. Our citizenship work plays a vital role in delivering on that mission, and we do so in two ways: Working Responsibly and Serving Communities.
Real impact on children’s health
Microsoft Canada and Children’s Miracle Network founded the CLICK program, which provides hospitalized children with access to state-of-the-art technology enabling them to stay connected to friends, family and schoolmates.
