Rated 5 out of 5 by Simplicity at it's best In the world of computing and mobile computing, we as a whole live to be the " End User " and in this day and age we try to build and perfect the idea of the computer. In the last 5 years I have seen a huge change in the way things work, we are all so innovative as whole, we always thing of a better way of doing things. The way technology is now a days is so intriguing yet scary at the same time. Every one wants to feel secure in what they do on a day to day basis with the mobility of a smart phone, but yet people want more. This phone brings both of those aspects in to play, with it's fine lines and bright glossed screen the Nokia Lumia really does bring a new feeling to the " End User ". The screen size feels like a tablet, yet performs like that smart phone you always wanted. The battery life is amazing and the phone stays at a constant room temperature. All in all it has been the best device I have ever used, or ever wanted too use. Windows Phone 8 is a must have on this device. The way I see it, Windows & Nokia are made for each other. This phone is a must have ! Just sayin :D NOKIA YOU ROCK !!!! March 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great value! My Nokia 625 phone is a huge improvement over my previous phone(Samsung galaxy S II), specifically with battery life and signal strength. I enjoy the 4.7 inch screen and the 4G LTE service. The start sceen was easily customized. I especially like the ability to set the tiles to three different sizes. Once my Microsoft Account was set up, my contacts synchronized between my phone, my Windows 8.1 tablet and Windows 8.1desktop. My email now also synchronizes, including with third party email providers. June 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Best -battery life far exceeds any other phone I have ever used, Nokia is great for battery life .. -easy to use and easy to get rid of things you don't want, unlike android where only deactivation is possible -I love the fact that I can easily sync everything and anything I wish throughout all my devices -all in all the best phone on the market, far surpassing anything android September 21, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor choice of cell phone 1. Battery life extremely short even if phone not used for primary purpose, i.e., voice communication 2. Face is like a mirror. In sunlight, outdoors, it is impossible to read the display and it cost me about $15 to get a matte finish applied. 3. The ring tones are not loud enough nor is the vibration strong enough to alert one to incoming calls, especially in a noisy environment. 4. When returned to service after being shut down (for the night, for example) the volume which had been set to 30 usually has dropped back to 13. Therefore, overall, a great disappointment. For me, the primary purpose of a cell phone is to talk to people. The other multitude of apps are of insignificant importance and with respect to the primary purpose stated, and the Nokia Lumina 625 fails in most respects. August 9, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by What's the point? I expected this handset to work perfectly with my Windows pc and to sync easily. It doesn't. You can't use a USB cable to sync contacts and instead need to reorganise all contacts into a separate folder and use a Microsoft hotmail connector (unless you happen to have MS exchange). That is hopeless, massively time-consuming and no good at all for a small business user. Why Microsoft needs to complicate a simple transfer of data, maintaining formats and filing, is bizarre. Also, whatsapp is not available. May 30, 2014
