This is the best little phone! It may not be the latest and greatest technology but it has some pretty nice features including Nokia drive which a GPS that does not need data while being used. Just pre download what ever map you may need in any part of the world over wifi then when you need that map you can use it when you need it. I love this little phone and have decided to go back to it after having an iPhone. For what I do in personal and business life the Windows platform works well for me. Give it a try for yourself.

The design of the phone is fairly good. I've dropped the phone several times and it hasn't sustained any permanent damage yet (just a few scratches on the back and corners, but no damage to the screen and no cracks on the phone).
Battery life is a bit on the low side with very active use, but I also like the fact that you can swap out the battery if you decide to get another one.
Unable to use the microphone to compose text messages. It never works for me...
The music identification service works well (requires network/data connection to work).
Nokia Drive is really good. Being able to download maps to the phone is fantastic and this alone has allowed me to retire my old GPS.

Rated 2 out of 5 by NOKIA710girl The phone was ok but had a poor battery
I bought a Nokia Lumia phone from WIND about 2 years ago.
PROS: I liked the WINDOW tiles features. You can arrange tiles as you like for just about everything. I liked how I had pictures of my close friends on a tiles, and when you click on their picture, it shows their contact lists info and links with facebook. It's user friendly to send texts, and search the internet. I liked how any new email messages were linked on my phone on my yahoo and hotmail tiles. I liked using the windows applications. I would often edit something on my phone in Microsoft word or excel and you save and can work on it later at home. I liked how my pictures are saved automatically to skydrive.
CONS: The camera and video are ok but you can't zoom in very close on objects far away. I found it difficult to transfer music from my computer to the phone, didn't like software.
The biggest issue with this phone was it had a very poor battery. I was so disappointed with the battery it caused me so much frustration. I even bought a second battery. I was constantly plugging it in to charge almost every 2 hours at one point. This phone constantly failed me, always said goodbye and died on me when I needed it the most. I don't know if it was just a manufacturing defect on my particular phone or not. All I know is the phone would give you a false estimate time how long it would last, even when you turned off features to save battery life. It never lasted as long as the phone would say.
VERY POOR BATTERY.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Dreadnot It seems to get worse as it gets older.
Screen freezes and people cannot hear me speak. The touch screen is not as sensitive as other phones. I like the windows o/s as it communicates perfectly with my work computer with a windows o/s
