Office 365 includes various Microsoft solutions

Office 365 offers a range of different software solutions to business users, it has been claimed.

According to CIOL, the productivity suite boasts packages including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Access, Project and Visio.

Upgraded versions of Microsoft Lync Online, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online are also included, giving business users a range of options.

"The new Office 365 for businesses works across multiple devices, is social and can be integrated with cloud," the news provider stated.

It explained that Office 365 is pre-tailored to suit the needs of every business - whether it is a small or medium-sized enterprise, a midmarket company or large corporation.

Users can pay for Office 365 access on a subscription basis, providing them with the various Microsoft solutions without having to purchase licences up-front.

These tools are available on-demand as a hosted service in the cloud, offering maximum flexibility to business users.

Employees can take advantage of Office 365 from a range of locations using various different smart, connected devices - including smartphones and laptops.
