1) Click on the link to start the repair tool. you must be logged in as an administrator
2) Click continue to begin the process
4) Click Start to run the tool.
5) The tool will attempt to reset OneCare settings to reattempt to download and install the updates. if it succeeds, click the close button, and OneCare will automatically be retying the update. If it fails, click "open logfiles" to see details of the errors. Contact support (http://onecare.live.com/support) to get more help.
