The Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) makes managing your licenses simple. You can:
Access your licensing information in one location
View all agreements or purchases in your organisation
Easily access a licensing summary that illustrates all entitlements by product and version
View all assigned product keys and download products
The Volume Licensing team has just completed rolling out updates and improvements to the VLSC. The changes take into account feedback gathered online and through interviews with our partners, plus more than 1,000 users worldwide. These updates will improve and streamline product downloads and product-key search functionality, so you can get to your licensing assets easier and quicker.
Here are some of the changes that you will see:
Combined Product downloads and Product keys pages. From this one new Downloads and Keys page, you will be able to:
View a product description
Get products key(s)
Purchase Media Kits, if qualified
One new Subscriptions menu item that combines the Online Services and Subscriptions pages. No changes have been made to the navigation, page content, or links in these sections of the VLSC.
New visibility into License Grants. You will now be able to see what promotional product you are entitled to.
A new, improved user interface that provides easy access to help and site resources.

Make sure you have an up-to-date browser installed, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer.
You need a valid business email address and Windows Live ID to register.
To streamline the process for managing multiple agreement numbers, a Windows Live ID and a valid business email address are required for registration and access to licensing information. The business email address must be the same as that which is listed on your agreement.
When you register, the VLSC requires you to validate your business email address by using an invitation email from Microsoft. The business email address is what was provided when you signed a new Volume Licensing agreement or Open order.
If you need additional support, contact a local reseller or your Microsoft Regional Service Center.
