First make sure that that you have the latest software installed on your mobile phone. Remove existing Bluetooth connection (pairing) between your phone and CK-300 Car Kit and pair again as instructed on CK-300 user guide. If using CarMenu application reinstall it to your phone and pair again with the Car Kit. If the issue still persists contact your local Nokia Care point.
