My Asha (Series 40) phone does not forward incoming calls to voice mail.

Check your call forwarding settings:

  1. Select Menu > Settings > Calls > Call forwarding.
  2. Select Voice calls > If not answered > Activate > To voice mailbox and the preferred delay time. The maximum delay time is 30 seconds.

For dual SIM devices, select the SIM card to use if prompted.

Select Options > Check status to check whether an option is active for a given call type. Several forwarding options can be active at the same time. When all calls are forwarded, the call forwarding indicator is displayed on the home screen. Call barring and call forwarding, however, cannot be active at the same time.
