Why don't the Mail attachments appear in Office Mobile?

Mail attachments that are saved to the phone do not appear in Office Mobile (Document Connection). Office Mobile retrieves information about documents stored on the phone from the phone's document indexing service, but the document indexing service is not properly recognizing these documents.

Once the attachments have been saved, use the phone's File Manager application to locate the document and move it to a new location. When the File Manager saves the document, the phone's indexing service will recognize it and include it in the information provided to Office Mobile.
