Sign up for Outlook.com. If you already have a Microsoft account that you use with Windows, OneDrive or Xbox, simply create an Outlook.com alias.

Run the import wizard. The import wizard will migrate your existing email messages, connect to your Gmail contacts and walk you through the steps to forward incoming Gmail messages to Outlook.com. Before you run the import wizard, you might want to adjust your labels in Gmail.
