MSIT worked with the Microsoft Sales, Marketing and Services Group (SMSG) to rapidly develop and deliver Small and Medium Business for Dynamics CRM (SMB CRM), a new management application for sales leads. The application, which is used internally at Microsoft, collects and manages incoming leads from SMB accounts, and routes the leads to telesales call centers.
