Microsoft Dynamics Partners who have an authorized Solution Provider Agreement (“SPA”) with Microsoft and are entitled to sell Dynamics NAV (“Eligible Product”) receive (an initial Foundation Pack of Eligible Product, including the first user, plus four (4) additional users) at an Suggested Retail Price (“SRP”) of INR 1,00,000 from Microsoft. Please note that this SRP does not constitute an official offer or final price from Microsoft to New customer. All end user prices, terms, and conditions are independently set by Participants.

Duration : The Scheme shall be open from 19 October 2011 to 22nd June 2012(“the Scheme Period”).

Eligibility:

  • New Customers must have licensed from Participant an initial Foundation Pack of Eligible Product , including the first user, plus four (4) additional users (minimum total 5 users).
  • Offer is valid only for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Offer is valid for both Business Essentials and Advanced Management editions of the Eligible Product.
  • Offer applies to new Microsoft Dynamics customers only. A new customer is a customer that has not previously licensed any version of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics SL (“New Customer”).
  • Purchases BREP for one year.
  • Offer is available to Participants from October 12th, 2011 and available until close of business day on June 22nd, 2012

Exclusions

Offer does not apply to:

  • Microsoft Dynamics Light Users, Microsoft Dynamics Employee Self-Service users, Limited and Point of Sale (POS) Device client access licenses (CALs), and the External Connector.
  • Microsoft SQL Server Runtime Edition and Database licenses.
  • Microsoft SharePoint Runtime Edition.
  • A la carte functionality modules.
  • Granules or modules connecting to third-party (independent software vendor [ISV]) software and functionality.
  • Purchases using the Services Provider License Agreement or any volume licensing program.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CRM-related services or components.
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics SL, Microsoft Dynamcis GP, Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail, Microsoft Dynamics C5, Microsoft Dynamics XAL, Microsoft Apertum, or Microsoft Small Business Financials.
