Microsoft has a very successful partner ecosystem branded as Microsoft Partner Network (MPN). Microsoft Partners serve as a vital touch point to end customers across the globe and our overall engagement with Partners accounts up to 96% of Microsoft’s revenue, annually.
SMS&P and Dynamics GBS - India Delivery is the end-to-end custodian of the Partner Audience Strategy within the CSS and collaborates immensely internally as ‘Co Delivery’ to deliver a differentiated experience to our partners across their sales cycle. It is a unique amalgamation of 3 different businesses - each one representing a specific ‘capability’ – Global Partner Services addresses the ‘breadth’ support & advisory services across the sales & deployment lifecycle, Dynamics Support addresses the ‘depth’ / break-fix support and the newest business of Cloud Partner Support addresses a very unique opportunity for ‘depth’ support for Cloud Partner Ecosystem. As a business, we work closely with the regional SMS&P and Dynamics Organization field teams to drive channel capacity, capability and commitment – in simple terms, basically building a healthy partner ecosystem that is able to compete successfully, increase the deal velocity, drive better yield (revenue) for Microsoft and help deploy quality solutions for customers.
The SMS&P and Dynamics Organization team is a key delivery arm of the MPN; It provides technical services to help Microsoft partners get enabled (“ready”), to sell, develop and deploy solutions through a pool of technical solution consultants spread across the globe. Our technical solution consultants have deep product knowledge as well as an understanding of technologies across the spectrum. The ability to scale and integrate various technologies enables them to deliver cutting edge solutions that help partners to increase revenue, accelerate the sales cycle, win more deals and gain market share from competitors. The Technical Consultants are also committed to building expertise & scalability of the partners ensuring that they are ready to respond to the changes in technology as well as the market. This in turn helps our partners successfully deliver high-quality solutions to their customers.
