Microsoft Malaysia believes that with the right tools and resources comes great possibility.  Community development is at the heart of our business.  We endeavour to bring the benefits of ICT to underserved communities in order to expand their opportunities and create a knowledge-society.

We donate the latest software technology to eligible non-profit organizations throughout Malaysia.

A comprehensive list of the software available for donation is found within the application form.  Please note that the program does not donate full versions of the Operating systems.  Only upgrades are made available.  If your organization has companies that will donate or sponsor computers, please ensure the operating system is included.

Applications for software donations are evaluated four times a year, and donations are subject to changing product availability.  Microsoft’s grant-making deadlines are February 15, May 15, August 30 and November 15.  Applicants will be notified approximately two weeks after deadline.  Please allow an additional four to six weeks for delivery of software.

To help schools, tertiary institutions and early childhood centers gain better access to software, Microsoft makes its products available at the substantially reduced prices.  Information regarding academic software may be found atwww.microsoft.com/malaysia/partnersinlearning.
