VolunteerismTo help Microsoft employees connect to their local communities and find volunteer opportunities, we developed the UP-CTSP Volunteers, a volunteer program that allows all our employees to engage with the local community.
Volunteerism has existed at Microsoft Malaysia in many forms since its inception. However it was only in 2006 that it came to rest under UP-CTSP.
UP-CTSP Volunteering helps employees find volunteer opportunities that best match their interests, skills, and availability.
In Malaysia we predominantly volunteer with organizations that are part of our UP-CTSP family. However it is not limited to them. We expect to partner with additional volunteer organizations as the program continues to grow.
Nonprofit organizations can contact us to post volunteer opportunities for Microsoft employees. Please follow the volunteer posting procedures below. Microsoft will regularly refresh volunteer data.
The organizations that are eligible for this Volunteer program must meet our Eligibility Criteria.
