Try the following workarounds:
- Check that a date and time is properly set on the phone.
- Check that the SIM card is properly inserted on the phone (illustration sometimes can be seen at the back of the phone).
- Check the free and available memory on phone's C: drive.
If above steps do not help, then try to repair your Nokia Suite installation, on your Windows desktop, go to Start > Control Panel > Program and Features (Win XP and Vista: Add and Remove Programs) > Nokia Suite > Repair.
If you have a separate Nokia Software Updater application in use, download the latest Nokia SW Updater and install it.
