If the downloading of an application from Nokia Store is not successfull, check the following:

  1. Check that the internet connection is working properly. Start web browser and check that connections to public websites work properly.
  2. Try a different connection type. Go to Settings > Internet Connection > Connect to Internet and choose another connection, e.g. try the packet data connection instead of WiFi (WLAN) or vice versa.
  3. Check that the latest phone software and Nokia Store application are installed in your phone. Select Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Updates menu to view the available updates.
  4. If the problem persists, try restoring the factory settings by selecting Settings > Reset > Restore settings.
