To install the help files, do the following:
Troubleshooting: Navigation to the webpage was canceled
- Choose Download to save the .zip file to your computer.
- Extract the contents of the .zip file to a folder on your computer.
- Copy and replace the .chm files to the following location on the computer where you have installed the product: 70\RoleTailored Client\FI-FI.
- Copy and replace the Quick Guide to the following location on the computer where you have installed the product: 70\Documentation\Application Guides\FI-FI.
- Restart Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013.
When viewing a .chm file, if you get the message Navigation to the webpage was canceled instead of the help content, then your computer's security settings may be blocking the content because it came from another computer. To fix this issue, do the following:
- Right-click the .chm file, and then choose Properties.
- On the General tab, choose the Unblock button, and then choose OK.
