    Install Instructions

    1. On this page, click Download to start downloading the .zip file.
    2. To open the .zip file immediately, click Open to download and open the .zip file from your temporary directory.
    3. To copy the download to your computer and open the .zip file later, click Save.
    4. Open the .zip file and copy all the files to a folder on your computer. The HTML files do not run correctly when opened directly from the .zip file.
    5. Browse to the folder that contains the downloaded files, and then double-click STARTHERE.CMD to start the Product Guide for SQL Server 2012.
    6. When the browser window opens, click Allow Blocked Content to display the Product Guide.
