The Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) Continuous Improvement Roadmap (CIR) helps break the cycle of unrealized improvement by making continuous improvement of IT services more actionable and achievable, ensuring that users are successful with their IT operations. MOF CIR is an IT service management toolkit containing guidance, job aids, artifacts, and samples to enable service management assessments and execute service improvement programs.

MOF Continuous Improvement Roadmap is based on the best practice guidance contained in MOF version 3, and is positioned for compatibility with future releases of MOF and the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). It has three distinct components:

      • MOF Service Management Assessment
      • MOF Service Improvement Program
      • MOF Service Management Guidance

Note For ease of use, find and open the MOF Continuous Improvement Roadmap shortcut on your desktop after installation.
