The RMS SP2 Administration Toolkit contains additional programs that
our developers created while working on RMS. We found them useful in making sure
that the server was working as intended and allowed us to quickly and easily
make modifications and get information about the system.

We have taken great care to ensure that the tools operate as they
should, but they are not part of RMS and are not supported by Microsoft. For
this reason, Microsoft technical support is unable to answer questions about
        this toolkit.

The RMS SP1 Administration Toolkit includes the following tools:

        • AD SCP Register

        • Get RMS SCP

        • IRM Check

        • RMS Cert Analyze

        • RMS Config Editor

        • RMS Event Viewer

        • RMS Log Analyzer, including RMS QuickLook

        • RMS Queue Recovery

        • RMS Service Locator

        • forestSchemaXtension.ldf schema extension file

    • Supported Operating System

Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 x64 editions, Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition for Itanium-based Systems, Windows XP, Windows XP 64-bit

The RMS SP2 Administration Toolkit has components that run on the RMS Client or the RMS Server, therefore the Toolkit can be installed on either platform and the appropriate tools used on each. For more detail on supported platforms see the administration toolkit documentation.

The administration toolkit is designed for use on servers with US-English regional settings.
