The last several versions of Microsoft Money have utilized an online service to deliver help content, which required users have Internet access in order to access online help content.
The online help system used by Money has been marked for deprecation on or around July 1, 2010. Once fully deprecated, Money's online help feature will not be able to successfully connect to the server side service.
To mitigate this loss of service, the Money help content has been converted to a standalone help file that can be copied and run on the users local machine.

Download the cab file to your local machine. Once download is complete, you should be able to double click on the .cab file to view the .chm file. It is recommended that you copy and paste the .chm file to the same location where your version of msmoney.exe is located.
Since the .chm help file is not integrated into Money, it is also recommended that you create a shortcut to the .chm file to make it easy to launch. That's it. Whenever you need Money Help, use the shortcut to launch the standalone help file. The help content will appear as an entirely seperate application.
