      The Service Level Dashboard Management Pack 2.0 for System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 assists you in tracking, managing, and reporting on your line-of-business (LOB) application service levels. It displays a list of applications and their performance and availability against service level goals. Using this graphical dashboard, you can:

    Install Instructions
      1. Click the Download button at the top of the page to start the download.
      2. Do one of the following:
        • To start the .zip file extraction immediately, click Open or Run this program from its current location. Then extract the files to your preferred location on your computer.
        • To save the download to your preferred location on your computer for .zip file extraction at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk.
      3. To install the .msi package
        1. Open a command prompt as an administrator (in Start menu, right-click command prompt and select Run as administrator).
        2. In the User acccess control dialog box that appears, click Continue.
        3. In the command prompt, change directory to the location on your hard drive where you extracted the zip file content.
        4. Type the file name (ServiceLevelDashboard_x86.msi for 32 bit systems, or ServiceLevelDashboard_x64.msi for 64 bit systems).
        5. In the Open File - Security Warning dialog box, click Run.
        6. Accept the Microsoft Software License Terms.
        7. Follow the steps in the installation process to complete the installation.
        8. Find the installed files in by looking in the Start/All Programs menu.
