Overview
With this application for Microsoft Outlook®, you can distribute a list of day-long events (such as holidays, seminars, and so on) to others. When recipients open the sent form, the events are added to each of their Calendars, ensuring that everyone has the same holidays marked.

To install this download
- You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are offline.
- Download the file from this page by clicking the Download link above and following the instructions in the dialog boxes.
- Double-click the cpnyevnt.exe program file on your hard disk to start the Setup program.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:
To use it in Microsoft Outlook 97, start Microsoft Outlook, point to
Open Special Folder on the
File menu, and then click
Personal Folder.
To use it in Microsoft Outlook 98, start Microsoft Outlook, point to
Open on the
File menu, and then click
Personal Folder (.pst).... The
Open Personal Folders dialog will appear. Using this dialog, navigate to your
Program Files directory. In that directory, select the
Microsoft Office directory. In the
Microsoft Office directory, select the
Office directory. Within this directory, you'll find the Outlook form you downloaded and installed.
The Corporate Events application contains Visual Basic script code which does the following:
- Adds items to a user's Calendar.
- Using the Find method, it searches a folder's items to see if an event or an appointment exists.
- Parses comma-delimited text into fields.
- Uses the Office Assistant to inform and prompt the user.
To remove this download:- From the Start menu, point to the Settings entry, and choose Control Panel. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.
- In the list on the Install/Uninstall tab, find the entry Microsoft Outlook 97 Corporate Calendar Form (Remove Only), and highlight it. Click Add/Remove.
- When it asks you if you are sure you want to remove the application, click Yes.
- When it finishes removing the program, click OK on the confirmation dialog box.
