Instructions for use:
In Outlook 97, on the
Tools menu, click
Rules Wizard.
To create a new rule, you have the following options: using an existing message as a template; choosing the type of rule you want and then fill in the blanks; or creating your own rule from scratch. And, since many real-life rules have an exception, you can also add conditions to your rules for those exceptional messages. For example, you can create a rule that moves your incoming messages from a specific individual into a folder -except for those marked as high priority.
