        Administrative Template files are used to populate user interface settings in the Group Policy Object Editor, which is used to manage registry-based policy settings. The Windows Live Toolbar Administrative Template (.adm) file enables administrators to control access to Toolbar features and functionality using registry-based policy settings.

        Window Live Toolbar version 14.00.8052.1208 . You will need user rights to run Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc)
      • From within Group Policy Editor, expand the user or computer configuration policy node. Right click on the Admin Template folder and select Add/Remove Templates. Next, click Add and browse to the WindowsLiveToolbar.adm file and select it. Click Close. Navigate to the Class Admin Templates (ADM) > Windows Live > Windows Live Toolbar > Options node. Choose the Toolbar settings to enable/disable.
