        ADO.NET 2.0 extends and enhances ADO.NET in multiple directions. A faster disconnected stack, a cleaned-up programming model, including support for provider-independent applications, and support for the latest SQL Server 2005 features are a few of the new cool stuff we’re adding in the next release. This quick peek at ADO.NET covers some of the disconnected stack enhancements, shows what the new provider-independent model looks like and briefly covers the new batching support in the connected stack.

        Besides the media files, this download contains several more files needed to reproduce the proper viewing experience of an episode with an inline demo.



        - After downloading .exe, double click to open

        - You’ll be prompted to unzip to folder with the given episode name

        - Defaults to automatically launch Setup.exe

        - Once Setup Wizard appears, click through and accept EULA

        - Install to default folder named “MSDN” under C:\Program Files or one of your choice

        - Click through to install

        - Launch program through shortcut on Desktop
      • - To view the entire presentation as an application, choose the file 20040415ADONETPC.exe

        - To view the demo only as a standalone .wmv file, choose the file 20040415ADONETPCDemo.exe
