The ADFS Management Pack monitors the health of ADFS components that are available in Windows Server 2003 R2. It includes a set of views, and it provides monitoring for the following core components: Federation Service, Federation Service Proxy, Claims-aware Web Agent, and Windows NT token-based Web Agent. The ADFS Management Pack detects problems with health and availability, and it provides alerts for those problems.

To download the exe:
Click on the link to the right, and download the management pack module.
On the Microsoft Operations Manager server (DCAM), click on the executable to extract the files into a temporary directory.
Importing a Management Pack Module
You can import this management pack module using the Microsoft Operations Manager administrative console and following these steps:
Open the Microsoft Operations Manager administrative MMC console.
Expand the Console Root\Microsoft Operations Manager node.
Click the Management Packs node.
Right-click on the Management Packs node and then select the Import/Export Management Pack option.
Follow the instructions until you have finished importing the management pack module.
