      The SSO Toolkit is used for single sign-on with Live@edu. The SSO Toolkit 4.5 update is used to modify your solution so that it will continue to work when your institution upgrades to Office 365.
  • Supported Operating System

    Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008

      • .NET Framework 2.0 or later, with current Service Packs
      • Recommended: Visual Studio 2005 or later
      Important  If you don’t apply the SSO Toolkit 4.5 update before upgrading to Office 365, single sign-on will stop working partway through the upgrade to Office 365.
      1. Download the Live@edu_SSO_Toolkit_4.5_Update_for_the_Office_365_Upgrade.zip file.
      2. Extract the files from the Live@edu_SSO_Toolkit_4.5_Update_for_the_Office_365_Upgrade.zip file.
      3. Follow the directions in the How_to_update_Live@edu_SSO_Toolkit_to_4.5 document to back up your solution, update your code, and verify the changes.
