This update fixes an issue where the reporting system aggregates jobs incorrectly when the time zone has a positive offset from UTC (like China's UTC+8). Jobs that ended during the first N hours of the day (where 'n' is from UTC+n) do not get counted. Install this update so the reporting system will correctly count all jobs.
