        The Group Chat Admin Tool is used to create categories and chat rooms, define their scope and membership, create federated users and groups, manage how users can use the chat rooms, and specify which users are administrators and managers.

        1. Log on to the computer on which you want to install the Group Chat Admin Tool.
        2. Run AdminSetup.exe.
        3. On the Lync Server 2010, Group Chat Admin Tool Setup wizard start page, click Next.
        4. On the End-User License Agreement page, review the license agreement, click I accept the terms in the license agreement to proceed, and then click Next.
        5. On the Install Location page, leave the default location or specify a different location, and then click Next.
        6. On the Confirm Installation page, click Next.
        7. After the progress bar indicates that the process is complete, the Installation Complete message appears, and the Group Chat Admin Tool icon appears on the desktop.
        8. Click Close.
